• Exhaustive processing until all administrative channels are exhausted.
• Preliminary analysis of disk diagrams and digital files and subsequent advice, should an inspection be requested by the competent bodies (Ministry of Public Works or Autonomous Community).

You will benefit from the experience of our attorneys, who are familiar with the jurisprudential criteria followed in each and every court. This way, they will only file lawsuits with a high probability of success, thereby saving time and money and avoiding costs.
• Monitoring, review, and management of files published in the various Official Gazettes.
• Up-to-date information on Traffic and Transportation regulations.
• Up-to-date information on the processing status of your files (both those currently in progress and those that have exhausted administrative channels).
